Q. What days do you offer deliveries?

A. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Excluding Holidays.

Q. What is the Order/Delivery Process?

A. Orders submitted by 3pm will be delivered the following day, as long as the item is in stock.

A. Orders placed between Tuesday 9am to Wednesday 3pm will be delivered on Thursday.

Q. How Do Bug Orders Work?

A. Orders placed by 2:30 pm PST on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.

Q. Can I return an item I purchased?
