Shipping and Return Policy

The Hydro Emporium staff strives to make sure that your orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We ship online orders within one business day of receiving your order.
If there is a complication with your order, we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible to ensure that you are up to date on your order status.

For orders that cannot be shipped by mail and require freight services, please contact our main sales line at 510-227-2782 or send an email to info@thehydroemporium.com.

Returns are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase on unopened and unused items only. Return shipping fees are not covered by The Hydro Emporium. A refund will be issued to you upon inspection of the product at our facility.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
